    At Chilmington Rise, Thakeham Partnerships is building high quality homes on behalf of the developer and Thakeham Partnership’s site managers will ensure that thorough quality checks are conducted on the homes to confirm everything functions as it should before handover. These site managers also ensure that the finishes meet the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) technical standards and new home warranty requirements prior to homes receiving independent final Building Control sign off by the LABC.

    The developer’s specially trained independent quality inspectors then carry out a comprehensive assessment from the buyer’s perspective, checking all aspects of your home.
